Overview: This is one of the most prominent features of Cleveland¡¯s urban landscape. However, the lower level has remained closed in 1954. The projections of urban growth, climate change and the re-concentration of urban dwellers demand a transformation of the Detroit-Superior Bridge, one that imagines a transforming network as a way to enhance the civic character of the city and provide a catalyst toward longevity. It should contain limitless of potential fields by transforming or re-forming an organization to address neighborhood needs. Within this network, it functions as a dynamic ¡°mediator¡± or agents assisting in community or civic. It is not simply transforms its existences but dialogue while occupying previously unused lower bridge space with ¡°14 proposed programs¡± , such as swimming facility, food court, public venue, and so on. Within this network, it illustrates identification of local community. Moreover, it should self-sufficient organization by the harvest of onsite renewable energy.
