Chief of Park Planning, Cleveland Metroparks; Cleveland, OH
Patricia is the Chief of Park Planning at the Cleveland Metroparks, responsible for conservation, open space and recreational initiatives within Cleveland Metroparks and the surrounding region. Specific responsibilities include planning for the 20,000 acres of the Metroparks system, management of real estate, grant development and GIS branches. Prior to her position at the Cleveland Metroparks, Patricia was the Principal of Environmental Planning, responsible for environmental design, recreational planning and landscape
architectural services at Schmidt Copeland Parker Stevens.

Strategic Initiatives:
+ Cuyahoga Valley Initiative for Cuyahoga County Planning Commission, lead consultant responsible for team development and management of initial planning stage to develop a transformational regeneration strategy based on principles of sustainability for the Cuyahoga River Valley of northeast Ohio.
+ LEAP, Lake Erie Alleghany Partnership for Biodiversity – development of plan and a fund within a regional partnership focused on biodiversity within northeast Ohio. The plan focuses on defining a regional agenda for biodiversity with implementation strategy for conservation objectives. The fund is established through the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.
