Location: Cleveland Heights, Ohio

Overview: The Detroit Superior Bridger trolley level is a wild, open space high above the Cuyahoga, with sweeping views to the South and North and peep hole views of the River one hundred feet below.
The entrances are hidden, in Massimo da Milano, the Cuyahoga County Engineer Building and under the Bridge. To be used and loved, the Bridge needs to become an open invitation with visible bike and pedestrian entrances. It needs to excite those who venture out and it needs places to alight and gather, by chance and by design.
How to invite, excite and alight?
Ramp entrances would take cyclers directly to the under bridge. Inviting stairways would beckon walkers.
On the span a sculpture garden of fun pieces and a xylophone walk on the East Concourse would pull people onto the Bridge.
Gathering places for people to alight would include a café terrace, with views of the flats, at the East entrance, a piazza and entrance stair on the West end, and with columns aglow, the West Catacombs for night time revelry.
